this hotel is an absolute joke. The swimming pools are filthy, and the staff simply ignore your complaints. During my stay, I couldn’t even get a pillow when I asked—unimaginable! I almost wanted to give a good review, but the noise of unchecked children everywhere made it impossible to relax. Truly disappointing.

Request a room on a higher floor for better views and reduced noise from the restaurant area.

The main foyer was quite impressive! ! High ceilings, spacious and the view out to the sea was simply breathtaking. Room service could be better though, waited 40 minutes for a burger that was supposed to be medium rare but came out well done, very chewy.
